The Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as an Account Executive - GenMark. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting GenMark's products and services, managing medium to large accounts, and exceeding sales targets while building lasting relationships with key decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Present compelling value propositions to customers and negotiate sales agreements.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities, and grow existing business through effective relationship-building and communication.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of relevant sales experience, preferably in a regulated environment.
  • Proven leadership abilities, negotiation, contracting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Good oral and written communication skills, including making impactful presentations.
  • Strategic planning and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Travel Expectation: 50%

Location: Los Angeles, CA

Relocation Benefits: Not available for this position

Salary Range: $95,500 - $177,000

Benefits: Eligible for benefits, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off
