Job Description:

The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning and executing paid media placements for the RYOBI and RIDGID brands. This includes paid social, video, display, and search advertising.

The primary responsibility of this role is to plan, develop, execute, and optimize campaigns, hitting KPI targets and staying within the allocated budget. Regular communication of campaign performance summaries to the leadership team and providing insights learned from the campaign to the broader marketing team are also key responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage, review, and perform daily optimizations to all accounts linked to campaigns. Maintain and monitor keyword bids, audience segments, and contextual targets to increase performance. Work with marketing and creative teams to develop ad concepts, assets, and copy. Generate weekly and monthly reporting for all major metrics. Communicate with the full team regarding project status, timelines, and anticipated results.

Requirements:
3+ years of paid social, SEM, and/or programmatic (DSP/DMP) experience. Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Experience in web analytics platforms (Google Analytics). Meta & AdWords Certified preferred. BS/BA degree preferred.
