Corporate Recruiter

As a Corporate Recruiter with American Credit Acceptance, you will lead the recruitment processes for designated teams, managing exploratory roles and executive-level candidates.
You will be responsible for the full recruitment life cycle, maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers and vendors across the organization.
While you may have a coordinator or specialist supporting you, your primary focus will be on executing recruitment strategies and driving continuous process improvement.
Develop and execute comprehensive search and recruiting strategies to attract candidates for various corporate departments throughout the organization, including C-suite, VP, and Director-level positions.
Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including direct outreach, networking, industry research, and partnerships with executive search firms.
Manage the full recruitment cycle for roles throughout the organization, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer negotiation.
Collaborate with senior leadership to define role requirements and desired candidate profiles.
Build strong relationships with senior management and department heads to understand organizational needs and provide consultative recruitment support.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate communications, interview coordination, and offer negotiations.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and recruitment metrics.
Employer Branding & Networking:
Promote the company's brand and values to potential candidates and the broader professional community.
Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to build and maintain a robust talent pipeline.
Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
Provide regular reports and insights on recruitment metrics, market trends, and candidate feedback.
Helps to find alternative recruiting sources to proactively search for passive candidates.
Assists with the day-to-day efficient operation of the hiring process and ensures proper documentation in the ATS.
No hesitation in communication with candidates regarding negotiation of pay, relocation, difficult scenario discussions.
Takes on projects for the team, balancing with daily responsibilities.
Embraces their own strengths and helps to train and share best practices with the team, helping to keep up with technology and recruiting trends.
Vendor relationships help establish relationships, work with specialists to both handle relationships, and tracks/communicates fills/spend with vendors to rank success.
5+ years of recruitment experience, preferably multiple years in a corporate environment.
Applicant Tracking System experience.
Experience effectively utilizing social media resources in recruitment.
This job operates in a professional office environment.
This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.
This is a full-time position with a work schedule of Monday-Friday with some schedule variations as needed.
Travel:
This position will require up to 10% travel.
