Regional Marketing Strategist
The Regional Marketing Strategist plays a pivotal role in analyzing the local market dynamics, encompassing marketing trends and competitive landscape to collaborate effectively with fellow Marketing Managers for the enhancement of marketing initiatives tailored to each region.
Core Responsibilities:
· Design and implement regional marketing plans across diverse channels such as digital, print, email, events, and social media to boost retail engagement and generate direct consumer leads.
· Leverage advertising analytics, market research, and competitor insights to determine the optimal media strategy and budget allocation for each market.
· Foster strong partnerships with regional sales teams, providing timely resources to empower sales efforts.
· Develop and maintain comprehensive reports to track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, enabling data-driven recommendations for strategic enhancements.
· Conduct thorough analysis of key performance indicators on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to uncover growth opportunities and improve efficiency across all marketing channels.
· Evaluate PPC and SEO performance metrics, including both organic and paid traffic, to identify avenues for expansion.
· Assist in conducting return on investment (ROI) assessments to inform strategic planning, vendor evaluation, and budget considerations.
· Contribute innovative testing ideas, execute testing strategies, analyze results, and document findings.
· Possess the ability to articulate and present data and technical concepts in a clear and accessible manner, showcasing strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
Qualifications:
· Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential.
· Strong quantitative and analytical capabilities, with a foundational understanding of key marketing metrics such as CPM, CTR, CVR, and CPL.
· Familiarity with various online advertising platforms, including paid search, email, and social media.
· Experience in website performance analysis utilizing a range of analytics tools, including Google Analytics.
· A high degree of intellectual curiosity, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
· Demonstrated integrity, independence, and self-motivation.
· Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
· A driven individual with 1-5 years of relevant experience.
