Position Summary

Longbridge Financial is on the lookout for seasoned Licensed Field Sales Loan Officers. We seek professionals who are adept at originating two or more loans monthly, working within their local communities to inform and educate homeowners and their trusted advisors about expanding the reach of reverse mortgage solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and nurture a supportive referral network within the local market.
  • Provide education through consistent follow-ups to uncover opportunities.
  • Collaborate with homeowners and referral partners to enhance retirement security using the HECM or Reverse Mortgage Program.
  • Pursue leads, both self-generated and provided by the company.
  • Conduct client interviews to ascertain future objectives.
  • Gather financial data and assist clients through the application process.
  • Engage with clients in a professional and courteous manner.
Qualifications:
  • Possess a valid NMLS license.
  • Demonstrate reliability, honesty, and integrity.
  • Ability to manage confidential information appropriately.
  • Proficient in computer usage and various technologies.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Hold a valid driver's license.
