We are seeking exceptional talent to join our Facilities team to oversee daily store repair and maintenance challenges, as well as project management duties to support our extensive network of retail locations. This role includes data management, report preparation, and oversight of new store construction, renovation initiatives, and special projects within the retail division.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft routine reports and correspondence
  • Address common inquiries from internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate with store, district, and regional managers to uphold brand standards efficiently and within budget
  • Continuously assess and understand trades and service providers, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lighting, and display cases
  • Oversee store construction and openings, ensuring adherence to schedules
  • Travel to various store locations as necessary
  • Develop and manage budgets, tracking actual versus projected expenses
  • Resolve issues promptly and effectively
  • Process invoices through relevant systems and generate reports
  • Maintain both paper and electronic documentation
  • Create and manage facility logs
  • Maintain comprehensive databases for all stores, encompassing project-related and daily operations
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in facilities management within the retail sector
  • Strong project management capabilities
  • Proficient in communication through various channels including video conferencing and email
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, OneNote, Outlook, etc.)
  • Experience with SAP is advantageous
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and planning abilities to ensure timely and precise execution of responsibilities with meticulous attention to detail
  • Adept at managing multiple tasks and adapting to changing priorities
  • Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Intermediate understanding of financial terminology and principles
  • Outstanding problem-solving abilities
