Regional Marketing Strategist

The Regional Marketing Strategist plays a crucial role in analyzing the local market dynamics, including marketing trends and competitive landscape, to collaborate effectively with fellow Marketing Managers for the enhancement of marketing strategies tailored to each area.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement regional marketing initiatives across various platforms such as digital, print, email, events, and social media to boost retail traffic and generate direct consumer leads.

· Leverage advertising insights, market research, and competitor evaluations to determine the optimal media mix and investment for each market.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with local sales teams, providing timely resources to support sales efforts.

· Create and manage baseline reports to track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives, recommending strategic enhancements based on findings.

· Conduct regular analysis of key performance indicators to uncover growth opportunities and improve efficiency across all marketing channels.

· Examine PPC and SEO performance metrics, including both organic and paid traffic, to identify areas for expansion.

· Assist in conducting return on investment (ROI) assessments to inform strategic planning, vendor evaluations, and budget allocations.

· Contribute innovative testing ideas, execute testing strategies, analyze results, and document findings.

· Possess the ability to articulate and present data and technical concepts in a clear and accessible manner, showcasing excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills.

What We're Looking For:

· Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential.

· Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, with a foundational understanding of key marketing metrics such as CPM, CTR, CVR, and CPL.

· Familiarity with online advertising channels including paid search, email, and social media.

· Experience in website performance analysis using various analytics tools, including Google Analytics.

· A high degree of intellectual curiosity, creativity, and problem-solving abilities.

· Demonstrated integrity, independence, and self-motivation.

· Outstanding organizational and time management capabilities.

· A driven individual with 1-5 years of relevant experience.
