Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Equus. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will provide critical support to our Pharmacy Director and management team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage electronic records requests from clients, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Provide administrative and clerical support in various areas, including data entry, correspondence, and report preparation.
  • Assist with mail distribution, scanning accounts payable, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Support the purchasing department by ordering kitchen supplies and submitting requests.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Proficiency in data entry and software applications.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
