Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Commercial Relationship Manager to join our team at Citizens Trust Bank. As a key member of our commercial banking team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our commercial clients, identifying new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our commercial clients' needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their financial goals.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach and relationship-building efforts.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure seamless execution of commercial banking transactions.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends and economic conditions to provide informed advice and guidance to our clients.
  • Work closely with our sales and marketing teams to develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and revenue.
Requirements
  • Minimum of three years of experience in commercial banking or a related field.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with commercial clients.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
