Job Description

At Caesars Entertainment, we're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Human Resources Leader to join our team. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for providing strategic guidance and expertise in all areas of human resources management.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams, developing and implementing effective HR strategies, and driving business results through people. You will have a deep understanding of labor laws, regulations, and industry trends, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

This role offers a competitive salary of $113,420 to $148,100 per year, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic HR plans to achieve business objectives
  • Lead and manage a team of HR professionals to provide exceptional service to employees and business leaders
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to design and implement change management initiatives
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with labor unions, government agencies, and other external stakeholders
Qualifications
  • 5-7 years of experience in HR leadership roles, preferably in the hospitality or retail industry
  • Master's degree in HR or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Ability to obtain a gaming license and Alcohol Beverage Control card
