Job Overview

This is a dynamic and challenging role that requires a seasoned sales professional to lead a team of sales representatives in a specific geographic territory. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a team, and developing strategies to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet business objectives.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and provide coaching and development opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop solutions.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience with a proven track record of success.
  • Minimum 3 years of sales management experience with a team of sales representatives.
  • Associate's Degree or higher preferred, BA/BS strongly desirable.
  • Strong mentoring, training, and coaching skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Superior cold calling and closing ratio.
  • Detail-oriented and organized individual with strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and effectively meet all deadlines.
  • Results-oriented individual that can work effectively with limited supervision.
  • Proven track record of success and sales growth.
  • Superior CRM knowledge; salesforce.com experience preferred.
  • Successful in building sales and motivating teams.
  • Strong time management skills and follows through on commitments.
  • Works well under pressure and able to meet timelines.
  • Holds self and others accountable to goals and expectations.
  • Represents themselves with the highest level of integrity and professionalism.
  • Ability to travel up to 10%.
