About the Role

This is a key leadership position responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion for Domico Med-Device. The successful candidate will lead the development and management of a sales organization dedicated to the sale of Domico Med-Device branded products, particularly those utilized in surgical applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and execute sales strategy, aligning with executive management and ensuring effective communication and execution.
  • Define sales process and align CRM to capture key performance indicators, facilitating a plan-do-check-adjust management practice.
  • Establish company and individual sales goals, ensuring sales funnel accuracy and participating in periodic sales and operations planning meetings.
  • Ensure effective pricing policies and enforcement, as well as timely and efficient customer communications.
  • Engage prospects in a timely and effective manner, establishing sales territories and ensuring appropriate sales coverage for achieving goals.
  • Hire contract sales representatives and/or contract with distributors, ensuring sales reporting and distributor tracing reports are timely and effective for commission payments.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have previous sales experience, preferably with surgical product sales. They must be willing to travel initially while product launch is initiated and sales team is assembled. Additionally, they must be able to pass vendor credentialing, including vaccination requirements and background checks.

Domico Med-Device offers a competitive estimated 1st year compensation with base salary and commissions ranging from $150-$200k.
