Job Overview: All Dry SWFL is seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to champion our brand, develop new business relationships, and drive revenue growth in Collier and Lee Counties. This sales role requires a passionate individual who can build a pipeline, meet new sales goals, and nurture community engagement. The ideal candidate will have experience selling services to businesses, an interest in developing community relationships, and strong communication skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building a pipeline of new business opportunities, meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets, and contributing to the growth of All Dry SWFL's customer base. As a key member of our team, you will also be involved in developing and maintaining relationships with lead sources, including property managers, real estate agents, and insurance agents.

We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus uncapped commission, paid holidays, paid time off, and a fun, flexible work environment dedicated to providing superior service to our clients and customers. Benefits include mileage reimbursement, accrued paid time off, paid training, travel reimbursement, and health care available for full-time employees after 90 days.

This role requires approximately 80% of time to be spent in Lee County and 20% in Collier County. A reliable vehicle is required, and we cover gas/mileage expenses. Company car availability will be considered after 90 days.
