Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget and quality standards.

  • Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and design teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Manage safety protocols and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of direct on-site residential construction experience, with a preference for large multi-family projects.
  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Functional knowledge of building codes, safety protocols, and construction best practices.
  • Ability to work in an outdoor environment, with regular exposure to varying weather conditions.
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary range: $55,400 - $65,400.
  • QSEHRA available to cover up to $6,150 annually in health insurance premiums or medical expenses.
  • 5% retirement match after one year.
  • Paid Time Off for vacation, sick, holidays, and floating holidays.
  • Paid time to volunteer.
