- Supervise and train volunteers and homeowners in construction skills, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and design teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Manage safety protocols and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with community partners, stakeholders, and volunteers.
- Minimum 1 year of direct on-site residential construction experience, with a preference for large multi-family projects.
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Functional knowledge of building codes, safety protocols, and construction best practices.
- Ability to work in an outdoor environment, with regular exposure to varying weather conditions.
- Competitive salary range: $55,400 - $65,400.
- QSEHRA available to cover up to $6,150 annually in health insurance premiums or medical expenses.
- 5% retirement match after one year.
- Paid Time Off for vacation, sick, holidays, and floating holidays.
- Paid time to volunteer.
