Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Foreman with a background in cellulose insulation and construction to join our team.

This role involves supervising and managing insulation crews on various job sites, overseeing the installation of cellulose insulation in new and existing buildings, and ensuring safety regulations and company standards are followed at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage insulation crews on various job sites.
  • Oversee installation of cellulose insulation in new and existing buildings.
  • Ensure safety regulations and company standards are followed at all times.
  • Coordinate with project managers and contractors to meet project deadlines.
  • Inspect completed insulation installations for quality control.
  • Assist with material handling, job planning, and troubleshooting issues as they arise.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the insulation and building industries.
  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of cellulose insulation materials and installation techniques.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and crews effectively.
