Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Foreman with expertise in cellulose insulation and construction to lead our insulation crews on various job sites.

This is a challenging role that requires strong leadership skills, a valid driver's license, and experience in the building and insulation industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage insulation crews to ensure efficient and safe installation of cellulose insulation.
  • Oversee the installation of cellulose insulation in new and existing buildings, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
  • Coordinate with project managers and contractors to meet project deadlines and ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Inspect completed insulation installations to ensure quality control and identify areas for improvement.
  • Assist with material handling, job planning, and troubleshooting issues as they arise.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in the insulation and building industries.
  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of cellulose insulation materials and installation techniques.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and crews effectively.
