The Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland is seeking a motivated Senior Integration Engineer to become a vital member of our Identity and Access Management Team.

The IAM team is a collaborative unit that supports the Federal Reserve Bank's security and compliance initiatives related to identity and access lifecycle management. The ideal candidate will be primarily responsible for ensuring our clients achieve their desired outcomes while utilizing our products by gaining a deeper understanding of the customer experience. The candidate should be a self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a second-level support for customer escalations.
  • Own incidents and defects, mediating between team members across various departments.
  • Collaborate directly with the team and clients to ensure software defects are documented and resolved within established SLAs.
  • Develop expertise in proprietary software, product architecture, and familiarize yourself with both on-premise and cloud-based solutions and databases.
  • Proactively share insights gained from clients and internal stakeholders to enhance team performance.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and team members.
  • Work collaboratively across teams and with clients to enhance integration, infrastructure, and release processes.
  • Recommend solutions for integration and infrastructure stability, providing guidance on security and resilience.
  • Promote operational best practices and advocate for standardization to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Contribute to knowledge management articles, ensuring the team delivers seamless support to our clients.
  • Conduct peer reviews of integration code or configurations.
  • Lead incident management initiatives by facilitating work sessions and engaging with clients to reach resolutions.
  • Effectively communicate expanded skill sets to fellow team members to enhance collective knowledge.
  • Participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation to support production stability and product releases.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Systems/Programming, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Typically requires five or more years of relevant technical experience.
  • Expertise in debugging technical issues across various levels of a complex enterprise system.
  • Collaborate with partners across all business functions to align technology solutions with business strategies.
  • Demonstrate informed knowledge of a business area to resolve ongoing issues.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, PowerShell, ServiceNow, and Identity Access Management concepts.
  • Proficient in SQL.
  • Experience with Scrum methodologies.
  • Knowledge of Java and XML.
  • Familiarity with Okta and Azure concepts.
  • Understanding of automation concepts and solutions.
  • Knowledge of Cloud and SaaS technologies.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder with the intent to become a U.S. Citizen.


Base Salary Range for Senior Integration Engineer: Min: $104,400 Mid: $135,400 Max: $166,700

Final salary and offer will be determined based on the applicant's background, experience, skills, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
