Key Responsibilities
  • Integration and Testing: Lead the integration and testing of the Aegis Combat System, ensuring that all components are properly integrated and functioning as expected.
  • System Design: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop the Aegis Combat System, ensuring that it meets the required specifications and performance standards.
  • Test Planning and Execution: Plan and execute comprehensive testing of the Aegis Combat System, identifying and resolving any issues that arise during testing.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of engineers and technicians in the integration and testing of the Aegis Combat System, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including program managers, engineers, and customers, to ensure that all requirements are met and that the system is delivered on time and within budget.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor of Science in Engineering or related field.
