Position Title: Senior Integration Engineer

Compensation: $140K-$155K annually

Employment Type: Full Time

Work Arrangement: Hybrid

Key Responsibilities:

  • 25% - Spearhead the architecture and creation of intricate integration solutions utilizing diverse tools and technologies.
  • 20% - Collect detailed integration requirements from stakeholders to develop comprehensive technical specifications and frameworks.
  • 15% - Design and uphold scalable integration processes, ensuring flexibility to incorporate emerging technologies and methodologies.
  • 10% - Manage integration environments, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with ongoing maintenance and upgrades.
  • 10% - Execute thorough testing phases, including unit and integration tests, to confirm the functionality and efficiency of integration solutions.
  • 5% - Diagnose complex integration challenges, delivering prompt solutions to sustain system integrity and availability.
  • 5% - Promote the adoption of integration best practices and standards throughout the organization.
  • 5% - Mentor and support junior engineers, nurturing a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
  • 5% - Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • 8+ years of experience in integration engineering with a proven record of successful project execution.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in various integration technologies, including ETL tools, API management, messaging, and real-time data processing.

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:

  • In-depth understanding of application integration best practices and industry standards, integrating between cloud and on-premises environments.
  • Familiarity with diverse application integration patterns and techniques.
  • Strong analytical abilities to resolve complex issues and adapt swiftly to new technologies.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, capable of collaborating with cross-functional teams and driving multi-functional initiatives.
  • Proven ability to lead through influence and mentorship.
  • Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to view video display terminal images at a close range for extended periods.
  • Ability to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and telephone.
  • Ability to sit for prolonged periods.
  • Ability to lift and maneuver items weighing up to fifteen pounds.
