Position Overview

We are in search of a proficient, driven, and seasoned Senior Integration Process Engineer to become a vital member of our innovative team, specializing in wafer engineering products. The successful candidate will possess a robust technical foundation in wafer processes and will be instrumental in the integration and enhancement of new research and development process flows.

Key Responsibilities
  • Formulate and execute process integration strategies in close partnership with cross-disciplinary teams to ensure effective coordination and timely delivery of products while maintaining quality standards.
  • Take charge of identifying and addressing inter-module technical challenges, performing failure analysis through Design of Experiments (DOE) and process data evaluation, and implementing necessary corrective measures.
  • Collaborate with process and metrology stakeholders to establish incoming and outgoing process/material specifications and required metrology. Engage with stakeholders to resolve discrepancies, review process and metrology data, and confirm process capability.
  • Develop and sustain product configuration documents, specifications, and process flows/procedures during the R&D phase, preparing comprehensive packages for the seamless transition of new products into mass production.
  • Lead the deployment of Manufacturing Execution System (MES) solutions for process control and data management, driving initiatives for data automation to enhance process monitoring and control as the representative from the wafer engineering team.
Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or a related technical discipline. A Ph.D. is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in wafer process integration, technical program management, or similar roles within the semiconductor or related industries.
  • A strong technical background in wafer development and manufacturing, including wafer processing technologies and tools such as CMP, RIE, wet etching, cleaning, and wafer metrologies.
  • Proficient in Manufacturing Execution System (MES), Design of Experiments (DOE), statistical data analytics (JMP and SAS), and process control (SPC, APC). Familiarity with Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA), Six Sigma, and Lean Manufacturing methodologies is advantageous.
  • Exemplary analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities, with a proven track record of influencing and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
