- Collaborate with insurance companies, billing departments, and other stakeholders to resolve financial issues and ensure accurate billing.
- Stay up-to-date on changing healthcare regulations, laws, and industry standards to ensure compliance and optimal financial outcomes.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- 2-3 years of customer service or medical office experience, with a focus on financial counseling or patient advocacy.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in computer data-entry/typing and basic computer skills.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
