Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Special Assistant to the CEO to provide comprehensive administrative support throughout the development of a feature-length film based on the CEO's memoir. The successful candidate will manage calendars, schedule meetings, handle correspondence, and ensure editorial precision as the CEO collaborates with the producer, project coordination team, and professional writers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the CEO's calendar and schedule meetings with stakeholders
  • Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls
  • Provide administrative support, including data entry and record-keeping
  • Ensure editorial precision during the writing phase
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics
  • Assist with project coordination and communication

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven experience working independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of AI tools, proofreading, editing, and general administrative support
  • SAG-AFTRA knowledge preferred, enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant program (e.g., Media, Broadcasting, Journalism, Marketing)
