Key Responsibilities:- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals.
- Oversee the sales cycle from initial prospecting to contract negotiation and signing.
- Engage in a high volume of daily communications with decision-makers via email and phone.
- Deliver outstanding sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Utilize and manage opportunity data effectively.
- Establish credibility and develop trusted relationships with K-12 school administrators and decision-makers.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all SchoolMint product offerings through active participation in demonstrations and meetings.
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitor offerings.
- Collaborate with the SchoolMint team to refine prospecting and sales strategies.
- Foster strong communication and collaboration with marketing and sales teams.
- Represent SchoolMint at industry conferences and community engagement events.
Candidate Profile:
- Experience in K-12 education with an understanding of administrative processes and parent interactions.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in selling enterprise-level SaaS solutions.
- Familiarity with solution selling methodologies.
- Proficient in sales processes and tools.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Driven by managing the sales cycle from prospect to closure.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to inspire and challenge the team and clients.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
