KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Enhance our go-to-market strategy with comprehensive plans for launching new products and features, collaborating with various marketing functions and departments.
- Lead our insights into market trends, customer requirements, competitive landscape, and potential growth opportunities.
- Craft compelling and effective messaging for all marketing channels, including demand generation, website content, and customer engagement strategies.
- Develop a suite of materials designed to articulate the value and benefits of our products to diverse audiences based on carefully constructed messaging and positioning.
- Educate sales, product management, marketing, customer success, support, and our partner network on competitive insights and our unique value proposition.
- Utilize market and customer research findings to inform and strategize product roadmaps, packaging, pricing, and positioning.
- Oversee customer communication channels such as newsletters, webinars, lifecycle messaging, online communities, and industry events.
- Understand the key personas and use cases for our products, educating our teams on effective engagement strategies.
- Establish and nurture relationships with thought leaders, influencers, and key strategic customers to enhance market awareness of Pop-Up Talent.
