Job Summary

As a Spa Director at The Ritz-Carlton, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the spa, including managing staff, coordinating services, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences. This is a leadership role that requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and supervise spa staff, including hiring, training, and evaluating performance
  • Coordinate spa services, including salon, skin care, fitness, and wellness programs
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote spa services and increase revenue
  • Monitor and control spa expenses, including labor, supplies, and equipment
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local and national regulations
Requirements
  • 2-year degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related field, or 4-year degree in a related field with 2 years of experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in spa management or a related field
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of spa operations, including services, products, and equipment
