Job Title: National Sales Meeting Manager

The National Sales Meeting Manager is a key role at Grand Sierra Resort, responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through strategic planning and execution. This position requires a strong understanding of the hotel industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute annual business development plans to achieve sales and revenue targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Manage and analyze sales data to inform business decisions and optimize sales strategies
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and internal stakeholders
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in hotel sales and marketing, with a proven track record of success
  • Strong understanding of the hotel industry, including market trends and competitor analysis
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
