Enterprise Sales Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Enterprise Sales Director to join our team at Solera, Inc. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your sales expertise and drive business growth in a large geographic area.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining strong business relationships with our customer and competitive accounts, identifying new sales opportunities, and developing strategic plans to increase revenue and market share.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and market expansion
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting and lead generation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of our software solutions
  • Meet and exceed individual sales targets and goals
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of sales experience, preferably in SaaS software sales
  • Proven track record of generating and closing sales opportunities
  • Strong business development background with expertise in conquest lead generation
  • Excellent sales, active listening, and presentation skills
  • Ability to consistently fill the pipeline and drive revenue opportunities
