Help Desk Support Specialist

The Help Desk Support role at BGSF is a critical position that requires a high level of technical expertise and excellent customer service skills. As a Help Desk Support specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to users across the network, troubleshooting IT-related equipment, and collaborating with other team members to resolve issues.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical support to users via phone, email, and in-person
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues with desktops, laptops, printers, and other equipment
- Collaborate with other team members to escalate or resolve complex issues
- Develop and maintain a sound understanding of IT operations and related applications and systems
- Provide moderately complex technical support for end users
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3-5 years of experience in a technical support role, with a focus on macOSX
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize work priorities based on department and production objectives
