Job Title: Help Desk Support

The Help Desk Support role at BGSF is a critical position that requires a high level of technical expertise and excellent customer service skills. As a Help Desk Support specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to users across the network, troubleshooting IT-related equipment, and collaborating with other team members to resolve issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to users via phone, email, and in-person
  • Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues with desktops, laptops, printers, and other equipment
  • Collaborate with other team members to escalate or resolve complex issues
  • Develop and maintain a sound understanding of IT operations and related applications and systems
  • Provide moderately complex technical support for end users
Requirements:
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in a technical support role, with a focus on macOSX
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize work priorities based on department and production objectives
