Service Desk Support Specialist

TEKsystems is seeking a skilled Service Desk Technician to provide 100% virtual support for our clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a strong understanding of Active Directory Administration, and experience with Office 365.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and effective support to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware and software
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in a help desk or technical support role
- Strong understanding of Active Directory Administration and Office 365
- Excellent customer service and communication skills

Work Environment:
This is a full-time, onsite position with a 6-2:30pm schedule. The first two weeks will involve knowledge transfer and shadowing a senior member on the team. Once the candidate is up and running, the position may transition to a remote opportunity.
