Position Overview

Infosys is on the lookout for a
Identity and Access Management Architect.

This role entails leveraging IAM expertise to collaborate closely with clients, providing insights to design, construct, and implement CyberArk solutions that yield significant benefits.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Candidates should be situated within a reasonable commuting distance or be open to relocating. This role may involve travel within the United States.
  • A Bachelor's degree or its equivalent from an accredited institution is required. Alternatively, three years of progressive experience in the field may substitute for each year of education.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in Information Technology is essential.
  • Proficient knowledge of the
    CyberArk Privileged Identity Management (PIM) suite, including PVWA, CPM, PSM, PSMP, EPV, and AAM.
  • Demonstrated experience in designing, implementing, deploying, configuring, and supporting Ping Federate, Ping Access, and Ping ID for various clients.
  • Ability to gather detailed requirements for CyberArk solutions based on input from platform and ecosystem owners, as well as high-level architectural requirements.
  • Strong understanding of various PAM concepts is required.
  • Experience in deploying CyberArk PAM solutions (both on-premises and cloud-based).
  • Experience in maintaining a platform that enhances build and operations (including infrastructure upgrades, server scaling, and CyberArk version updates).
  • Familiarity with client policies, standards, and processes is necessary.
  • Experience in Automation/PSM/CPM Connector plugin development is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with various ticketing systems such as ServiceNow.
  • Proficiency in support process documentation.
  • Experience in governance topics within support teams.
  • Ability to lead teams in delivering security changes within complex organizations.
  • Experience contributing to business development initiatives.
  • CyberArk Level 3 (Sentry) and Level 2 (Defender) certifications are advantageous.

Work Environment:

The position involves extended periods of sitting and working at a computer. Effective communication through various means is essential.
