We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Identity Access Manager to lead our Identity and Access Management (IAM) program across the organization. This role involves developing, implementing, maintaining, and updating IAM strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure the security and integrity of our systems and data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the IAM strategy aligned with the organization's information security goals and regulatory requirements.
  • Policy and Compliance: Establish and enforce IAM policies, standards, and procedures across the organization. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, such as GDPR, SOX, and other industry-specific standards.
  • Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of IAM professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Technology and Innovation: Evaluate and implement IAM technologies and tools to enhance security and efficiency. Stay current with industry trends, emerging threats, and best practices in IAM.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the IAM program, including user provisioning, access reviews, and incident response.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with business units, IT, and other stakeholders to understand their IAM needs and provide effective solutions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Security, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 7+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management or Information Security.
  • Proven experience with Microsoft Entra, Microsoft Purview, and privileged access management solutions preferred.
  • Proven experience in leading IAM programs in a large, global, public organization.
  • Strong knowledge of IAM technologies, such as SSO, MFA, LDAP, and IAM frameworks.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to IAM.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or IAM-specific certifications are highly desirable.
