Role Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and oversee Ping / ForgeRock Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions within a large-scale corporate financial setting.
  • Collaborate with diverse teams to seamlessly integrate Ping / ForgeRock solutions with current systems and applications.
  • Formulate and execute strategies for identity management, single sign-on (SSO), and access governance.
  • Guarantee high availability and disaster recovery protocols for IAM services.
  • Conduct regular security evaluations and audits, implementing necessary enhancements.
  • Provide expert technical support for IAM-related issues, including troubleshooting and resolution.
  • Stay informed about the latest advancements in IAM technologies and security practices.
  • Document all IAM architectures, designs, and associated procedures comprehensively.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in deploying and managing Ping or ForgeRock IAM solutions in a substantial corporate financial context.
  • In-depth knowledge of identity and access management principles, SSO, OAuth, SAML, and LDAP.
  • Experience with directory services, API gateways, and web services.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript, Groovy, or similar.
  • Understanding of regulatory compliance standards pertinent to the financial industry (e.g., GDPR, SOX, PCI-DSS).
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and capacity to perform under pressure.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications in Ping, ForgeRock, or other IAM technologies.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools and methodologies.
