Job Overview

Position: Identity Management Specialist

Work Arrangement: Hybrid model with three days on-site

Employment Type: Permanent / Full-time

Compensation Range: $130,000 - $135,000

Essential Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of expertise in SailPoint Identity and Access Management (IAM) with a focus on administrative tasks.
    • Strong command of SailPoint IdentityNow (IDN) setup and personalization.
  • Responsible for managing all inquiries related to SailPoint, ensuring support, and overseeing access administration.
  • Operational support emphasis – experience with ticketing systems and maintenance.
  • Exceptional analytical abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • Understanding of privileged access management (PAM) principles.

Desirable Skills:

  • Familiarity with Delinea Secret Server.
  • Certifications: Relevant credentials (e.g., SailPoint Certified IdentityNow Implementation Engineer).

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and resolve challenges related to access controls, user provisioning, and identity lifecycle management.
  • Engage with stakeholders to collect requirements and convert them into technical specifications.
  • Design and implement SailPoint IDN solutions, including setup, customization, and integration.
  • Create custom rules, transformations, and workflows.
  • Conduct unit testing to ensure the functionality of IAM solutions.
  • Collaborate with privileged identity management (PIM), privileged access management (PAM), and identity governance support.
  • Generate reports, metrics, and exception handling capabilities to fulfill operational and support duties continuously.

Compensation is based on qualifications and experience.
