This role is essential for advancing our identity management capabilities and ensuring the secure operation of our extensive corporate environment.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and oversee Ping / ForgeRock Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions within a large-scale corporate setting.
  • Collaborate with diverse teams to integrate Ping / ForgeRock technologies with current systems and applications.
  • Formulate and execute strategies for identity management, single sign-on (SSO), and access control.
  • Guarantee high availability and robust disaster recovery plans for IAM services.
  • Conduct routine security evaluations and audits, implementing necessary enhancements.
  • Provide expert guidance and support for IAM-related issues, including troubleshooting and resolution.
  • Stay informed on the latest advancements in IAM technologies and security practices.
  • Document all IAM architectures, designs, and associated procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in deploying and managing Ping or ForgeRock IAM solutions in a large corporate context.
  • Strong grasp of identity and access management principles, SSO, OAuth, SAML, and LDAP.
  • Experience with directory services, API gateways, and web services.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript, Groovy, or similar.
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance standards pertinent to the financial industry (e.g., GDPR, SOX, PCI-DSS).
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and capacity to perform under pressure.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications in Ping, ForgeRock, or other IAM technologies.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Understanding of DevOps tools and methodologies.
