About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Affordable Assistant Manager to join our team at Commercial and Residential Management Group (CRMG). As an Affordable Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day management of a specific property, including marketing, maintaining property integrity, screening prospective residents, collecting rents, serving notices, developing reports, and preparing agreements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the management of a specific property, including marketing and maintaining property integrity.
  • Screen prospective residents and collect rents.
  • Develop and prepare reports and agreements.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents and vendors.
  • Work effectively with emergency situations.
  • Understand and administer landlord/tenant laws, State and Federal Labor Laws, Fair Housing Laws, and refrain from all illegal discrimination practices.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous property management experience preferred.
  • Basic math skills with the ability to perform bookkeeping tasks.
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office 365 programs.
  • Outstanding customer service skills.
  • Strong listening skills with the ability to understand and meet resident needs.
  • Effectively deal with a diverse population in a professional, constructive, and productive manner.
