Job Overview

UniFide CST is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Fleet Compliance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring our company's compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and policies, with a focus on DOT compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, monitor, and document compliance activities around topics such as ISO certifications, third-party customer reporting, fleet management, calibration, and state technician licensing.
  • Oversee compliance programs at all five business locations in Wisconsin and Iowa, ensuring timely and accurate tracking and management of service fleet vehicle maintenance needs.
  • Manage and monitor DOT requirements and UniFide's fleet vehicle management program, including conducting cost/benefit analysis reporting on our fleet of vehicles and potential enhancements.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in compliance management and DOT management.
  • Fleet maintenance management experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Compliance Management, or other related field of study.
  • Ability to influence across the organization and handle a fast-paced, multi-tasked work environment with a professional attitude.
