Job Overview

CNY Fertility Center is looking for a dedicated Wellness Specialist to join our team. Previous experience in a medical reception role is advantageous.

Position Summary: The Wellness Specialist/Spa Attendant plays a crucial role in providing support to guests, ensuring that the spa environment is well-stocked with necessary supplies and maintained in a pristine condition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare spa treatment rooms with linens and amenities.
  • Address client needs with professionalism and a friendly attitude.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in all guest areas.
  • Welcome and check-in clients upon arrival.
  • Guide clients to their designated relaxation or treatment areas.
  • Ensure clients feel informed and comfortable throughout their experience.
  • Assist practitioners in client communications.
  • Follow standard operating procedures for opening and closing the facility.
  • Participate in training sessions and staff meetings as required.
  • Support various areas of the spa as needed.
  • Keep lockers, locker rooms, and relaxation zones impeccably clean.
  • Manage toiletries in retreat and shower areas.
  • Ensure adequate supplies of linens, robes, and other amenities for clients.
  • Maintain beverage stations with tea, water, and coffee.
  • Assist practitioners with the cleaning of treatment rooms.
  • Share knowledge of spa services and treatments with guests, encouraging exploration of additional offerings.
  • Stay informed about special events occurring within our fertility and wellness facilities.
  • Exhibit understanding of CNY Fertility Center's practices, culture, and philosophy, ensuring professional conduct and appearance.
  • Demonstrate punctuality, quality of work, and positive attitude with clients.
  • Adhere to uniform standards and maintain a high level of personal grooming as outlined in the employee handbook.

Education and Experience:

A high school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required; experience in a spa-like environment is preferred.
