Fusco Personnel is seeking a dedicated Banquet Sales Coordinator to enhance our client's sales efforts in the Latham, NY region. This role offers a full-time, direct hire opportunity accompanied by a comprehensive benefits package.
Key Responsibilities- Formulate and execute strategic sales initiatives to attract new banquet and wedding clientele.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients and influential decision-makers.
- Facilitate site visits and consultations with prospective clients to showcase banquet and wedding amenities.
- Negotiate terms and finalize agreements with clients.
- Collaborate with clients to organize their events, including menu selection, seating layouts, decorations, and technical requirements.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless execution of events and client satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze banquet and wedding sales metrics.
- Availability for evening and weekend work as necessary.
- 2-3 years of experience in banquet or wedding sales.
- Exceptional sales acumen and customer service capabilities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and banquet sales management software.
Salary range: $70,000 - $100,000, commensurate with experience.
