The Opportunity

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sales Strategy Manager to join our team in Columbus, OH. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the sales administration team, ensuring the organization's sales force is effectively supported and all sales transactions are processed efficiently, accurately, and economically.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the sales administration team to ensure effective support of the sales force
  • Develop and implement retail sales strategies to drive profitable growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute customer business plans
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team to excel in collaborating with cross-functional partners and retailers
  • Ensure execution of plans and consistent communication of brand updates and drivers
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of work experience in the consumer packaged goods industry
  • Experience in sales management, key account management, customer marketing, sales planning, customer strategy, customer development, or category management
  • Proven ability to drive growth, improve processes, and keep pace with industry trends
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to manage conflict and influence in a headquarter/matrix environment
  • Ability to formulate solutions and/or solution menus from disparate feedback from multiple stakeholders
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $125,300.00 - $250,700.00, depending on location. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical coverage, retirement savings plan, tuition reimbursement, and education benefits.
