Job Overview

As an Electrical and Controls Project Lead, you will engage with various sectors to deliver exceptional Operational Technology programs, interfaces, documentation, and support, alongside Electrical design and equipment packages. Your week may involve working on assembly lines, well heads, data centers, and beverage facilities, as well as providing managed SCADA services.

Responsibilities

Project Managers are responsible for guiding internal teams, contractors, and customer resources. Candidates should possess experience in fieldwork related to Electrical, Instrumentation, and Controls (EI&C) roles, industrial programming, and network management, demonstrating strong project leadership and management capabilities.

Additionally, Project Managers should be adept at conducting root cause analysis and understanding comprehensive scopes to facilitate thorough deliverables.

This position operates in a hybrid work environment, balancing in-office collaboration with remote work and field support as necessary. The expected travel requirement (nights away from home) is between 10% and 30%.

Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
  • PMP or equivalent certification
  • Drug-Free work environment
  • Valid Driver's License with unrestricted travel capability
  • Familiarity with Programming and Industrial Networking
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and detail-oriented mindset
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Experience with platforms such as Rockwell, Siemens, Schneider, Red Lion, Opto22, Ignition, VT SCADA, and Phoenix Contact
  • Expertise in P&IDs, Control Narratives, Cause and Effects, and Safety Instrumented Systems (SIS)
