Sales Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a driven and ambitious Sales Business Development Specialist to join our dynamic team at Vensure Employer Solutions. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities through networking, channel partners, and self-generated leads.
In this role, you will execute aggressive prospecting strategies to gain access to key decision-makers within prospective clients' organizations. Your primary objective will be to maintain ownership of the entire sales cycle, including post-sale/implementation processes, negotiate pricing and scope-of-service with prospective clients, and complete required sales paperwork and finalize terms of the client service agreement.
To succeed in this position, you must be a self-starter with a strong work ethic, able to aggressively prospect for new business, and have excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate sales pipeline and forecast, meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales quota, and overseeing renewal proposals and processes for current clients.
