About the Role:
As a Sales Operations and Business Development Specialist at Eastridge Workforce Solutions, you will play a critical role in supporting our dynamic sales team. This unique position combines administrative tasks with active sales engagement, making it ideal for professionals who thrive on both strategic organization and direct business development.

Responsibilities and Expectations:
Administrate divisional records in the company's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to ensure data accuracy and completeness. Conduct thorough lead auditing and validation processes to optimize sales pipeline quality. Implement and maintain robust lead qualification and routing processes. Generate weekly and monthly reports on lead status, conversion rates, and sales pipeline health. Partner with leadership to develop and maintain client 'alumni' lead network.

Sales Tasks:
Perform proactive outreach to warm leads to support the sales team's growth objectives. Maintain detailed documentation and audit trails of sales interactions. Deliver and manage retention of sales contracts and proposals. Manage and organize sales-related communications and correspondence. Develop and maintain standardized communication templates. Collaborate with sales team members to streamline administrative processes and support overall team productivity. Coordinate team calendars and scheduling for sales representatives to ensure efficient time management. Ensure compliance with internal policies.

The estimated salary for this role is $68,000 - $70,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
