Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Patient Services Coordinator to join our team at intraFUSION. This part-time position offers a unique opportunity to provide administrative and clinical assistance in a private outpatient-based infusion suite.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to clinical staff and patients to ensure a seamless patient experience.
  • Schedule appointments and manage patient flow in an efficient and timely manner.
  • Answer and direct incoming calls, relaying messages between patients and clinical staff.
  • Support compliance with the Intrafusion by McKesson Compliance Program.
  • Collect and process patient forms, update demographics and insurance information, and collect co-pays.
  • Provide general administrative support, including filing charts and sorting emails.
  • Maintain a clean and organized infusion suite environment.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Two years of experience in a healthcare setting required.
  • Proficiency with computer systems and Microsoft Office required.
