Job Title: Property Manager

Worth Ross Management Company is seeking a highly skilled Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of a luxury community in Flower Mound. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful lease up of the property and managing financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage relationships with asset ownership teams and ensure effective communication.
  • Oversee community operations, including resident relations and customer service.
  • Attend ownership meetings and provide regular updates on property performance.
  • Train and develop a team of employees to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Conduct regular property inspections and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Manage financial performance, including budgeting and variance reporting.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve resident satisfaction and retention.
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective services.
  • Process violations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Manage special projects and initiatives to improve property performance.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of five years of business or property management experience required.
  • Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized and able to work under tight deadlines.
  • Coaching and training abilities.
  • Understanding of accounting principles desired.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Ability to navigate the property/building as required.
