Responsibilities- Engage with guests to ensure their stay is meeting their expectations
- Work collaboratively with the Housekeeping team to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and organization
- Properly utilize equipment, supplies, and guest amenities to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize assigned guest areas, adhering to our Green Program standards
- Practice safety standards and report any hazards or concerns to management
- Respect guests' property and maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Responsible care of equipment and reporting any issues to maintenance
- Adhere to posted schedules and maintain accurate time records
- Remain alert, courteous, and helpful to guests and colleagues at all times
