Position Overview:

We are in search of a highly motivated and customer-oriented Bartender to enhance our team. The Bartender is responsible for providing memorable hospitality to our guests through genuine connections and engaging service from the moment they arrive until their departure. In this role, you will strive to understand guests' needs while preparing exquisite beverages promptly. An engaging attitude and the ability to think on your feet are essential.

Your Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests as they arrive or move throughout the bar area.
• Ensure proper and adequate bar setup on a daily basis.
• Guide guests through their beverage selections with descriptive menu recommendations.
• Accurately take orders and confirm any special requests.
• Master the bar by understanding details that enhance guest interactions.
• Collaborate effectively with other restaurant servers and kitchen/bar staff.
• Assist guests with concerns to ensure their satisfaction.
• Conclude the experience with timely and accurate bill presentation.
• Manage requisitioning and stocking of all beer, wine, and spirits.
• Maintain stock and prepare fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes, juices, and other perishables daily to ensure quality.
• Mix, garnish, and present drinks according to standard recipes while practicing portion control.
• Input orders into the register at the point of sale and create checks for each guest.
• Secure all beverages, food, and equipment items, manage cash drops, and ensure bank security.
