Client Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in assisting Dayton Freight clients with various inquiries, including freight pickup requests, rate quotations, and shipment tracking.
- Support the Service Center Manager
- Relay messages for the Service Center Manager and Account Managers
- Assist Drivers as needed
- Prepare bills of lading and delivery receipts
- Maintain effective communication with both external and internal clients, as well as interline companies
Additional Duties May Include:
- Payroll assistance
- Data entry tasks
- Generating freight reports
- Compiling driver collection reports
- Handling billing and filing responsibilities
Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong keyboarding abilities
- Experience in a fast-paced environment with a keen attention to detail
- Ability to manage a high volume of phone communications
- Outstanding communication and customer service capabilities
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Fluency in English is required
