Key Responsibilities
  • Implement behavior intervention plans as developed by the BCBAs, providing direct support to students with behavioral challenges.
  • Teach new skills and reinforce positive behaviors, promoting a supportive and structured learning environment.
  • Collect and record data on student progress and behavior, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and team members regarding progress and any concerns.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of behavior intervention strategies.
Requirements
  • Current RBT certification is required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework in psychology, education, or related fields preferred.
  • Previous experience working with children with behavioral disorders or special needs is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Patience, empathy, and a commitment to supporting students' growth and development.
