Position Overview:
Dakota Digital, a prominent manufacturer in the automotive gauge and electronics sector, is seeking a dedicated individual to become part of our customer support and sales team. The selected candidate will primarily engage with both prospective and current clients through phone and email communications, addressing inquiries regarding suitable products, order updates, or general discussions about Dakota Digital offerings.
This role is focused on inbound customer interactions, eliminating the need for cold-calling. It is designed to be a supportive position rather than a high-pressure sales environment, emphasizing the provision of information and assistance.
The ideal candidate will possess a background in the automotive field and share a genuine enthusiasm for vehicles, aligning with the interests of our clientele. Proficiency in computer skills is essential, along with exceptional customer service and communication abilities. Occasional travel to events may be part of the responsibilities.
