Job Overview

POSITION SUMMARY:

Become a vital part of our team as a Customer Support Specialist at Furniture Mart USA. Contribute positively by playing an essential role in enhancing customer satisfaction. This rewarding position allows you to leverage your outstanding customer service abilities while being part of a supportive and friendly team environment. No sales or collections are involved.

  • Full-Time (40 hrs/week): Monday-Friday, 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
    • Includes alternating Saturdays
  • Competitive Compensation: $18/hour
  • Manage incoming customer inquiries
  • Procure parts for customers, retail locations, and distribution centers
  • Coordinate sales orders, exchanges, credit memos, and in-home repairs
  • Conduct follow-ups with customers
  • Handle cancellations and reschedule deliveries
  • Reach out to customers to arrange furniture deliveries

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Must successfully pass a background check upon job offer acceptance
  • Proficient in computer and telephone operations
  • Ability to listen attentively and resolve issues effectively
  • Capacity to maintain composure in stressful situations
  • Demonstrate excellent verbal communication and listening skills
  • Strong customer service orientation with exceptional interpersonal skills
